Job Description As a Domain Technical Project Manager at Nokia, you will lead and deliver custom software development projects in the telecom domain. You will collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define project goals while managing project scope, timelines, and resources. Your responsibilities include facilitating communication, conducting architecture discussions, ensuring quality standards, and integrating Agile practices. How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables. • Develop a comprehensive Project Management Plan detailing scope, timelines, resources, and budget. • Facilitate communications between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment. • Oversee project documentation and reporting to track progress and outcomes. • Participate in architecture discussions and design reviews to align with design metrics. • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively to ensure smooth delivery. • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders and drive integration of Agile practices to enhance team collaboration and productivity. Key Skills And Experience Must-Have: • Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent with 10+ years of experience in delivering software development projects with 5+ years as a Technical Project Manager. • Experience playing progressive roles in Telecom Mobile Core or RAN Network Function SW Development projects – from Developer to Project Manager. • Proficiency in Agile frameworks, including practical experience with Scrum and Kanban, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Daily Stand-ups, and Sprint reviews. • Expertise in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with project goals, project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint. Nice-To-Have: • Knowledge of cloud technologies and familiarity with Lean practices for process improvement. • Experience on Cloud Infra viz., Red Hat OCP, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.
