Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Domestic Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on both Non-IT and IT recruitment, with a primary emphasis on sourcing and attracting Non-IT clients across India. This role requires a keen understanding of the recruitment process, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to talent acquisition. Key Responsibilities • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Non-IT and IT roles. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies. • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking. • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit. • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems. • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, providing them with an exceptional candidate experience. • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively source talent. • Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent by attending conferences, summits, social media campaigns etc. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in Non-IT, IT and Life Sciences sectors such as Construction, Real Estate, Healthcare, Pharma, EdTech, BFSI and IT • Experience in Headhunting and sourcing passive candidates. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Demonstrated interest in working towards revenue targets. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards like Naukri, LinkedIn RPS etc. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
