Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a DSA Sales Manager Specialist based in Amritsar. The DSA Sales Manager Specialist will be responsible for managing and driving business through Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) by implementing effective strategies to meet sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining relationships with DSAs, monitoring their performance, providing support and training to improve productivity, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, identifying new opportunities for growth, and achieving key business objectives. Qualifications • Sales Acumen and Proven Experience in DSA Management and Channel Partner Relationships • Strong Communication Skills and Negotiation Abilities for Developing Effective Relationships • Analytical Thinking, Problem-Solving Skills, and Knowledge of Financial Products • Ability to Work Independently, Manage Teams, and Adapt to a Dynamic Market Environment • Familiarity with Lending Practices, Financial Compliance, and Risk Assessment • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM Tools • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a Related Field; MBA Preferred • Previous Experience in Banking, NBFCs, or Financial Services Industry is a Plus.
