As a Dy.Manager leading Electrical EMEA FP&A Support, your role will involve working collaboratively with finance, accounting, business operations, and senior management within the Segment of regional finance teams. Your key responsibilities include: - Leading a team, providing guidance, expanding support to other businesses, managing transition, and having regular connects with customers - Driving efficiency and productivity targets independently - Partnering with operations FP&A teams in the operating segments to provide insights into key performance measures and business improvement initiatives - Partnering with various corporate and operational cross-functional teams on key business issues and process improvements - Breaking down complex information into a manageable story for the senior leadership team for actuals and forecast commentary - Creating strong relationships with cross-functional teams including investor relations, corporate economics, SCM finance, and finance transformation - Managing and developing a team of financial analysts through coaching, feedback, exposure, and stretch assignments - Attracting and selecting diverse, high-caliber, promotable talent for open positions - Proactively promoting and fostering initiative within your team and other departments of the organization - Supporting and proposing various initiatives to reduce complexity, standardize and improve efficiency of financial processes - Driving automation and process improvement by challenging the status quo - Partnering with the finance transformation organization to drive functional excellence within FP&A - Ensuring effectiveness of controls and compliance with company policies Your qualifications for this role include: - An Accounting major (B.Com) & CA/ICWA/CFA/MBA (Finance), preferably - 9-10 years of FP&A and accounting experience Skills required for this role: - Excellent analytical skills to interpret financial data with strong business acumen - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency with MS-Office particularly Excel, Power Point, Word, Access, etc. - Experience in financial modeling and project/service business - Strong technical skills and experience in developing and maintaining Power BI solutions and business warehouse - Expert knowledge of SAP and Oracle - Expert knowledge of Consolidation & Reporting Systems (Encore, Oracle Cloud, Hyperion planning, Essbase) - Adaptable to varying cultures - Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to summarize findings and present solutions - Good interpersonal skills, ability to work with all levels of the organization - Proven record of business partnering across different functions - Dealing with change in a dynamic and fast-paced environment - Systematic process thinker, strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Self-starter, autonomous, and able to operate without close supervision - Drive for results, enthusiasm, transparency, and customer focus - Influencing skills with relationship building with customers and stakeholders Your success in this role will depend on your quality culture accuracy, attention to detail, and achieving deadlines are critical.
