Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an E-Commerce B2B Sales Specialist located in New Delhi. The role involves identifying, acquiring, and maintaining B2B clients; managing client relationships; and analyzing market trends to promote sales growth. Responsibilities include communicating effectively with clients, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer needs are met. Qualifications • Strong skills in Commerce, Sales, and Customer Service • Proficient in Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends and sales performance • Excellent Communication skills for effective client engagement and relationship management • Ability to deliver solutions-oriented customer service and resolve client inquiries effectively • Proven experience in B2B sales and familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset • Experience in the IT or technology industry is an advantage
