Role & Responsibilities As our E-commerce Sales & Growth Manager, you will: • Strategize & Execute Growth Plans: Build and implement strategies to scale online sales across marketplaces and D2C channels. • Team Leadership: Lead and manage e-commerce operations, catalog, content, digital marketing, and customer service teams. • Performance Marketing: Oversee ad campaigns (Amazon Ads, Meta, Google), optimize ROAS, and ensure efficient spend. • Sales Ownership: Take complete accountability of revenue targets and profit margins. • Marketplace Management: Handle listings, promotions, pricing, discounts, and inventory planning. • Analytics & Reporting: Track sales data, conversion rates, and marketing ROI to make data-driven decisions. • Cross-functional Coordination: Work with manufacturing, design, and supply chain teams to align product availability with demand. • Innovation & Brand Growth: Identify new growth opportunities, partnerships, and trends to expand the brand’s online footprint. What We’re Looking For • 4–7 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce sales management (preferably in fashion, accessories, or lifestyle brands). • Proven record of growing online revenue on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, etc. • Strong leadership and people management skills – able to motivate and drive teams. • Deep understanding of digital marketing, performance ads, SEO, and online merchandising. • Analytical mindset with comfort in using data and tools for decision-making. • Hunger to take ownership and deliver results – not just manage but grow.
