We are seeking a dynamic and experienced eCommerce Manager to drive growth, brand presence, and market share across our portfolio on Quick-commerce platforms. This individual will play a pivotal role in overseeing the digital and sales strategies for an umbrella of our digital-first nutrition brands like Muscleblaze, HK Vitals, Gritzo and TrueBasics, thus ensuring the brands excel in the competitive online space. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a growth strategy by building strong relationships with category managers and stakeholders at affiliate commerce platforms to increase brand visibility, market share, and sales across the Diet and Nutrition category. - Lead ecommerce sales campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions in collaboration with channel partners. - Manage assortment planning, pricing, discounting and product listings to optimize sales and margins. - Collaborate with platform teams to run paid advertisements, banner placements, and monitor conversion rates, CTR, and campaign performance. - Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure inventory availability, fulfillment speed, and stock optimization. - Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor performance to identify growth opportunities. - Use analytics dashboards to track daily sales, inventory levels, and customer demand trends. - Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on competitor analysis and platform trends. Key Requirements: - 2-3 years of experience in Quick Commerce, or FMCG sales. - Hands-on experience managing accounts on Blinkit, Zepto and or similar platforms will be an added advantage. - Strong knowledge of Quick commerce and e-commerce dynamics, sales forecasting, and demand planning. - Proficiency in seller dashboards, ad management, and inventory tools of Quick-commerce platforms. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. - Data-driven mindset with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and analytics expertise. - Ability to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment.
