Pothys Kerala Ecommerce is looking for a proactive Ecommerce Manager to lead and strengthen our digital commerce operations. This role is responsible for managing the ecommerce platform, driving online revenue, optimizing customer experience, and ensuring seamless coordination across marketing, merchandising, and fulfillment teams. The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking with strong execution capability to scale ecommerce performance in a competitive retail environment. Key Responsibilities • Oversee the complete ecommerce operations across website and marketplace platforms. • Drive online sales growth through strategic campaigns, promotions, and product merchandising. • Manage product catalog, pricing, inventory updates, and product visibility across digital platforms. • Monitor website traffic, customer behavior, and conversion performance to identify optimization opportunities. • Coordinate with digital marketing teams to execute performance campaigns across search, social media, and marketplace ads. • Ensure accurate inventory synchronization and smooth order processing between warehouse, website, and marketplaces. • Work closely with creative and content teams to develop product imagery, banners, and campaign creatives. • Track and analyze key ecommerce metrics including revenue, conversion rate, traffic sources, and customer acquisition cost. • Maintain a high standard of customer experience through efficient order fulfillment, returns management, and customer support coordination. • Identify new growth opportunities in marketplaces, digital channels, and customer engagement initiatives. Preferred Skills • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or similar systems. • Experience managing online marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart. • Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and performance advertising. • Ability to interpret analytics and translate insights into business actions. • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills in a fast paced retail environment.
