Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Edtech Sales Executive (For School Customers) to promote and sell our AI Ready School solution to schools. The role involves visiting schools, engaging with decision-makers, generating leads, and converting prospective schools into long-term clients. Key Responsibilities: Visit schools regularly to introduce and demonstrate the AI Ready School product Identify and generate prospective leads and convert them into clients Build strong relationships with school principals, management, and administrators Present product features, benefits, and value propositions clearly to schools Understand school requirements and offer suitable solutions Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals Maintain accurate records of school visits, leads, and follow-ups Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and post-sales support Stay updated on education trends and competitor offerings Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education / Business preferred) 1–5 years of experience in school sales / education sales / EdTech sales Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to build trust and rapport with school stakeholders Willingness to travel locally and visit schools regularly Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset Basic knowledge of AI, technology, or digital solutions (preferred) Preferred Experience: Experience with EdTech, school ERP, LMS, or education solutions Understanding of school decision-making processes What We Offer: Competitive salary with attractive incentives Opportunity to work with an innovative AI-based education product Career growth and learning opportunities Supportive and collaborative work environment
