As the Education Curriculum and Content Development Manager at Renesas, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and delivering educational content and programs. Your role will require a blend of strong communication, project management, and subject matter expertise. You will oversee the expansion of programs into emerging markets, making this a dynamic and high-impact position that demands extensive electronic design and embedded systems expertise, exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in project management within the education sector. Key Responsibilities: - Design, plan, and implement technical educational content, workshops, and learning initiatives with clear learning objectives, curriculum development, and assessment methods. - Develop and implement content strategy, production schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and quality control. - Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in online learning and instructional design. - Drive regional expansion of educational programs and university courses in key markets: China, Japan, Americas, EMEA, and APAC. Reporting and Metrics Management: - Track program and content performance, analyze data, and generate reports to identify areas for improvement. - Provide actionable insights based on data to inform business decisions. Communication and Collaboration: - Support educational partners in utilizing Altium's solutions and educational resources. - Communicate effectively with diverse audiences verbally and in writing, fostering collaboration among team members. - Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) and external partners (e.g., educators, vendors).
