We are hiring a result-driven Educational Sales Counselor for our Digital Marketing Institute. This role is strictly for experienced sales professionals who have handled admission closures/course sales. Key Responsibilities: • Handle inbound student leads (NO cold calling) • Counsel students for Digital Marketing courses • Understand student needs & recommend the right program • Close admissions & achieve monthly targets • Maintain follow-ups & updates in CRM Mandatory Requirements: ✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in Education / Course Sales / Admissions ✅ Proven closure experience (targets + conversions) ✅ Comfortable with monthly targets ✅ Strong Hindi communication + Good English ✅ Experience with CRM / lead management ❌ Freshers – Do NOT apply ❌ Teachers / Trainers – Do NOT apply ❌ Non-sales profiles – Do NOT apply
