You will guide products from initial concept through prototyping, execution, launch, and ongoing iteration—turning ambiguity into opportunity and AI breakthroughs into market-ready solutions. What will you do? Product Strategy & Innovation Identify and define AI product opportunities by exploring user needs, market gaps, and emerging research trends within ambiguous or evolving environments Incorporate data, research, and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps Map emerging AI models and research advancements to practical, scalable product opportunities Cross-Functional Leadership Collaborate closely with research and engineering teams to translate AI breakthroughs into intuitive, user-centric product features Work seamlessly with engineering, UX/UI, research, legal, marketing, and other stakeholders to deliver successful products Ensure alignment of product requirements with technical constraints, model performance, and strategic partner needs Product Lifecycle Management Drive the full product lifecycle: from ideation, prototyping, and technical scoping to launch, iteration, and long-term roadmap planning Bring AI/ML products from concept (0-to-1) to market in fast-paced or entrepreneurial environments Champion continuous improvement through data-driven iteration and user feedback Communication & Stakeholder Management Develop clear narratives and positioning to articulate the value and differentiation of AI-driven solutions for both internal stakeholders and clients Craft compelling product stories that resonate with technical teams and business partners alike Responsible AI Practices Champion responsible AI principles to ensure product decisions align with ethical standards, fairness, transparency, and user trust Embed governance, accountability, and risk management throughout the AI product lifecycle
