Engagement Manager

About the job

As an Engagement Manager, you will own and lead strategic client engagements focused on process mining–driven transformation. You will act as the primary senior stakeholder interface, shape the transformation roadmap, and ensure commercial and delivery success across multiple workstreams. Working closely with Project Managers and Consulting teams, you will balance client outcomes, delivery governance, and account growth. Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary relationship owner for senior business and IT stakeholders, building long-term trusted partnerships. • Shape, articulate, and continuously refine the process mining and transformation roadmap aligned to client objectives. • Oversee multiple parallel delivery workstreams in collaboration with Project Managers and Lead Consultants. • Lead executive-level governance forums, steering committees, and periodic value and progress reviews. • Drive account growth through renewals, scope expansions, and creation of new Statements of Work (SOWs). • Own account-level financials, including forecasting, staffing plans, utilization, and margin management. • Identify and position new use cases, automation opportunities, and process improvement initiatives leveraging Celonis capabilities. • Act as the escalation point for delivery risks, stakeholder issues, and commercial challenges, ensuring timely resolution. Your Background & Skills: • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, analytics, or enterprise delivery roles. • Hands-on experience with Celonis or other process mining platforms is strongly preferred. • Proven ability to engage and influence senior executives with clear, outcome-oriented communication. • Experience leading complex, multi-stream transformation or analytics programs. • Strong commercial acumen, including scoping, pricing, negotiation, and contract ownership. • Comfortable leading distributed teams across geographies in a global delivery model. • Proactive, structured problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
