Please find the detailed Job Description below: Key Related Activities: - Improve value adding capabilities of the procurement function through best practices. - Actively seek improvements in supply chain activities and performance, primarily through coordination and collaboration with Suppliers, Planning and other CFT teams. - Develop reports enabling tracking of Performance against KPI's. - Establish, implement, and manage system to evaluate, monitor and report DRM practices. Daily DRM Practice adherence. Weekly review on GAP analysis. Supplier visits to get commitment and ensure compliance adherence. Review Capacity at Suppliers. Prepare & Review Capacity mapping against Schedule (12 weeks). Identify capacity constraints for mitigation. Support Quality & CR initiatives. Build supplier relationship. Ensure sending the Rolling forecast as per frequency. Identify and recommend for additional business to strategic sourcing team. Resolve supplier issues. Record supplier issues and respond with target date for resolution. Track and close supplier issues as per committed date.
