Engineer / Sr. Engineer – Sales & Proposal
About the job
We are looking for dynamic Engineers/Sr. Engineers with experience in the Air Pollution Control (APC) industry to handle techno-commercial proposals, sales coordination, and order conversion. Key Responsibilities: • Study enquiries, tenders, and technical specifications • Prepare technical & techno-commercial proposals and cost estimates • Attend technical discussions, evaluations, and sales meetings with clients • Ensure technical qualification and competitiveness of proposals • Analyze competitors, market trends, and new business segments • Develop winning strategies to convert proposals into orders • Generate and follow up on leads; support contract finalization (LOI/PO) • Conduct order loss analysis and client NDP assessment Skills Required: • Strong proposal engineering & costing skills • Good communication and client-handling ability • Strategic mindset with sales orientation
