Engineering Lead - Platform Evolution and Deployment About the Role: We're seeking an experienced engineering leader to join our team as a Forward Deployed Engineering Lead. This role involves owning platform improvements, stability initiatives, on-prem enterprise deployments, customer customizations, and end-to-end delivery of mission-critical features. Owning platform enhancements that strengthen the reliability, scalability, and intelligence of our testing agent. Leading on-prem and hybrid deployments that demand creativity, security awareness, and adaptability to customer-specific environments. Developing custom integrations, extensions, and workflow-specific features for enterprise customers. Improving stability performance developer experience across backend systems.
