Key Engineering Leadership Role The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving team performance by implementing strategic plans and overseeing project execution. Mentor, coach, and support the engineering team to achieve high-performance metrics Develop and propose technical strategies and budgets that align with organizational goals Evaluate and refine technical strategy performance metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives Communicate team goals and expectations to all engineering staff members Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee timely project delivery and resource allocation Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field of study Minimum 3 years of management experience with proven results Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Additional Responsibilities: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team Identify and address talent development opportunities for team members Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive business growth
