We’re Hiring: Enterprise Account Executive (AV Industry) Remote – United States | ✈️ 10–20% travel At XTEN-AV, we’re redefining how the AV industry designs, sells and delivers projects through AI-powered automation. Today, thousands of AV professionals use XTEN-AV to design systems, generate proposals and collaborate with stakeholders—all in one platform. With growing adoption across integrators, consultants and enterprise teams, we’re now expanding deeper into enterprise accounts across the U.S. This is where you come in. We’re looking for an Enterprise Account Executive who understands the AV ecosystem and already has strong relationships across integrators, consultants, manufacturers, or enterprise AV teams. What You’ll Do • Own and grow a U.S. enterprise territory • Build and close a pipeline of high-value SaaS deals ($20K–$100K+) • Leverage your AV network to open doors and drive strategic conversations • Work directly with leadership to shape how we win in the enterprise segment • Position XTEN-AV as a must-have platform for modern AV workflows What We’re Looking For • 8+ years in the AV industry with strong existing relationships • Proven track record in enterprise or strategic sales • Experience selling complex solutions and closing multi-stakeholder deals • Someone who is entrepreneurial, driven, and excited to build—not just maintain Why This Role is Different • You’re not just selling a product—you’re helping define a category • Massive whitespace in enterprise AV workflows • AI-driven platform with real, tangible value • Opportunity to have a direct impact on company growth and strategy • High earning potential aligned with enterprise deals and expansion • You will work closely with leadership, product, and marketing teams, with strong support in demos, onboarding, and customer success If you’re in the AV industry, have built strong relationships over the years, and want to be part of something transformational—let’s talk.
