To know more, visit the website: We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Manager who can build strong customer relationships while driving revenue growth from existing enterprise accounts. Prepare long-term and short-term goals and account objectives for internal teams. Supervise account management and account growth strategies. Communicate regularly with major clients, handle escalations and complaints, and provide timely and innovative solutions. Coordinate closely with the Customer Success team to drive product adoption and manage day-to-day escalations. Prepare proposals and detailed costing prior to commercial negotiations. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to support continuous product and solution development. Identify business gaps within accounts and take initiatives to bridge those gaps. Manage agreement renewals, PO renewals, and maintain all required commercial documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors/Masters Degree from a Tier-1/2 Institute.
