Our software-based approach provides unmatched agility, cost-efficiency and flexibility, enabling a wide array of enterprise and service provider use cases, such as: Software-defined branch solutions for enterprise customers Secure SD-WAN and SASE with advanced embedded security Next-generation managed services for service providers We are looking for a passionate sales professional who can help customers and partners evaluate, adopt, and expand their usage of Versa’s technology. SUMMARY We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager with 10+ years of experience selling networking and security solutions to large enterprises and service providers. This is an individual contributor role focused on high-level engagement with CXO and senior decision-makers. The position is based in Mumbai, and preference will be given to candidates with experience working with enterprise and service provider accounts across the Western region. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: • Bachelor’s degree is required • MBA is preferred • Proven track record of enterprise technology sales is essential • Well versed with SFDC EXPERIENCE • Strong experience managing Enterprise Accounts in the Western region • Demonstrated success in selling networking/security solutions • Proven achievement of sales quotas in recent years • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Experience in solution selling, forecasting, and pipeline management • Ability to maintain forecasting accuracy and meet committed targets ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Identify and prospect new enterprise customers while strengthening relationships with existing accounts • Establish, develop and close business while exceeding sales targets and objectives by developing customer relationships and closing business opportunities within Western Region • Develop account penetration strategies and drive new opportunities with end customers and partners • Understand the strategic and technical business plans of prospects • Map and influence customer buying cycles and decision-making processes • Own and manage the entire sales cycle for assigned accounts • Maintain accurate and updated records in Salesforce • Negotiate contracts, manage renewals, and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction • Collaborate closely with internal Sales, Marketing, and Partner teams • Provide market insights on buying trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs • Support marketing programs, lead-generation activities, and targeted campaigns REQUIRED SKILLS • Strong ability to position Versa’s solutions to enterprise customers and drive value-based conversations • Ability to articulate Versa’s value proposition and tailor messaging to enterprise use-cases • Work closely with service provider teams to generate pipeline for Versa-based offerings • Willingness to support opportunities where service providers sell Versa-backed solutions • Strong pipeline creation and management skills Our Benefits Versa Networks is a rapidly growing organization built by people with vast experience in the networking industry.
