Role Overview • Position: Enterprise Sales Manager • Profile: Key Account Management (KAM) • Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra (Local market experience is Mandatory) • Focus Pillars: IT Infra, Endpoints, HPC, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Networking. The Mission The Enterprise Sales Manager will be the primary point of contact for our most strategic clients in the Pune region. You are responsible for the entire revenue lifecycle—from identifying a need for High Performance Computing (HPC) or Endpoint fleets to ensuring the final payment collection. This role requires a "Full-Stack" sales professional who understands that a deal isn't finished until the payment hits the bank. Key Responsibilities • Account Strategy & Growth: Act as the dedicated Lead for a portfolio of large enterprise accounts, creating 12-month roadmaps for their digital transformation. • Product Portfolio Mastery: Drive sales across the full technology stack: o IT Infra & HPC: Servers, storage, and specialized compute for AI/Research. o Endpoints: Managing large-scale procurement of laptops, workstations, and mobile devices. o Cloud & Networking: Transitioning clients to Hybrid/Public Cloud and securing their SD-WAN/Data Center networks. o Cybersecurity: Positioning Zero Trust, MDR, and Perimeter security. • Quota Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed Annual Sales Quotas through new business and account mining. • Commercial Ownership (Collection): Manage the Collection Quota. You will be responsible for following up on invoices and ensuring timely payments (DSO management) to maintain healthy cash flow. • Relationship Orchestration: Navigate complex procurement processes and build "stickiness" within accounts by engaging with IT Managers, Procurement Heads, and the C Suite. Mandatory Requirements • Experience: 4+ years in Enterprise IT Sales. You must have held a similar profile (KAM/Enterprise Sales) in your most recent role. • Market Knowledge: A deep, existing network within Pune’s major hubs (Manufacturing, Automotive, ITES, and Global Capability Centers). • Proven Track Record: Evidence of meeting multi-crore sales targets and managing the commercial collection cycle. • Technical Fluency: Ability to discuss technical architectures (e.g., $Latency$ in HPC or$Throughput$ in Networking) without needing an engineer for every initial meeting. Performance Success Indicators (KPIs) • Key Result Area Metric sales Target Achievement of 100% Annual Revenue Quota. Collection Efficiency Achieving 100% of the Collection/Outstanding Quota within credit terms. Product Breadth Successful placement of at least 3 out of 6 product pillars in every key account. Customer Retention 90%+ renewal rate for service contracts and annual licenses. Candidate Profile "The ideal candidate is a 'Trusted Advisor' who knows the Pune enterprise landscape like the back of their hand. You are as comfortable discussing HPC clusters with a CTO as you are discussing payment terms with a Finance Director." Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year Benefits: • Health insurance • Paid sick time • Provident Fund Application Question(s): • Do you have at least 4+ years of experience in Enterprise IT Sales or Key Account Management involving IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Networking, or Cybersecurity solutions? • Do you have an existing network and enterprise client experience within the Nagpur market (Manufacturing, Automotive, ITES, or GCC companies)? • Have you consistently achieved or exceeded multi-crore annual sales targets in Enterprise IT sales roles? • Have you managed strategic enterprise accounts as the primary point of contact, handling the complete sales cycle including opportunity generation, negotiation, and closure? • Do you have experience managing invoice follow-ups and ensuring timely payment collections (DSO management) from enterprise customers? • Have you sold solutions related to IT Infrastructure, Endpoints, HPC, Cloud, Networking, or Cybersecurity to enterprise customers?
