Role Summary Trusys is an AI assurance platform that helps enterprises test, secure, and monitor AI applications (LLMs, RAG, voice agents, agentic workflows). **Key Responsibilities** - Own full enterprise sales cycle: prospecting → discovery → demo → POC → negotiation → closure. - Build and maintain a healthy pipeline using outbound, inbound, partners, and events. - Lead discovery across stakeholders (CIO / CTO, CISO, Head of AI / ML, Engineering, Product, Risk / Compliance). - Drive POCs: define scope, success metrics, timelines, stakeholders, and conversion plan. - Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting; report pipeline, stage conversion, and win / loss insights. **Required Skills & Competencies** - Strong consultative selling and enterprise negotiation. - Ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes (risk reduction, audit readiness, faster releases). - Solid understanding of modern software delivery, security, and monitoring concepts.
