• Opportunity to work with a late-stage D2C - Health & Wellness brand • Opportunity to be part of the highly profitable International BU About Our Client • A leading D2C health & wellness brand, clocking ~1000 Cr of topline Job Description • Own a key function under the International SBU • Manage a team of 4-5 Program Managers • Drive the GTM of key projects • Own the P&L of the business charters assigned • Run A/B tests/ funnel analytics • Manage key International stakeholders The Successful Applicant A successful Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) should have: 1. Solid verbal/written comm skills 2. Has run A/B tests/ funnel analytics in a consumer-facing role on customer acquisitions on retention 3. Team management ability - up to 5 members 4. Strong Relationship-building ability 5. Hunger/ Achiever
