Key Responsibilities • Collect, organize, and analyze large data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights. • Maintain, update, and clean internal databases and reporting systems. • Support senior analysts in preparing detailed reports and presentations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and usability. • Generate actionable insights from raw data using Excel, Google Sheets, and analytics tools. • Interpret data and suggest improvements for operational and business processes. • Assist in building dashboards and visual reports for internal stakeholders. • Ensure data security and confidentiality across all datasets. Required Skills and Qualifications • Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Willingness to learn data analytics tools and concepts. • A laptop/desktop with a reliable internet connection. • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred but not required). Experience • No prior experience required. • Freshers, career switchers, and students are encouraged to apply. • On-the-job training will be provided by our experienced data team. Working Hours • Flexible working hours based on your time zone. • Approx. 30–40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. • Opportunity to choose between full-time or part-time remote schedules.
