About the job

Key Responsibilities • Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI and corporate clients. • Promote and sell equity investment products and related financial solutions. • Acquire new clients and generate revenue through advisory and sales activities. • Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets while ensuring regulatory compliance. • Conduct regular client meetings and relationship-building activities. • Provide market updates, investment insights, and equity recommendations to clients. • Coordinate with internal research and product teams for effective client servicing. • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term engagement. Work Experience & Skills Required • 3 to 5 years of experience in equity sales, investment advisory, or financial services. • Strong track record in client acquisition and revenue generation. • Good understanding of equity markets, trading concepts, and investment products. • Hands-on experience with trading platforms and financial market tools. Behavioural Competencies • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities. • Team player with a collaborative approach across departments. • Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive mindset. Educational Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or related field. MBA / Master’s degree will be preferred.
