ERP Business Analyst, Supply Chain Planning

Responsibilities - Business Analysis & Process Improvement • Collaborate with stakeholders to define, develop, and document business requirements, objectives, and system specifications. • Analyze existing systems and processes, leveraging data insights to recommend improvements. • Ensure that proposed solutions align with business goals and drive efficiency. - System Optimization & Troubleshooting • Investigate and diagnose system issues, implementing effective solutions. • Monitor system performance to identify trends and proactively address potential problems. • Provide timely communication to users regarding issue resolution and system updates. - Project Implementation & Execution • Lead and/or participate in the planning and execution of system implementation projects. • Track project milestones, ensuring timely delivery of solutions. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth adoption of enhancements. - Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM & ERP Expertise • Utilize deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM & ERP to drive system improvements. • Serve as a subject matter expert, guiding users on best practices and system capabilities. • Work closely with IT and business teams to align system functionality with operational needs. - Stakeholder Collaboration & User Training • Partner with business units to understand challenges and translate them into technical solutions. • Conduct training sessions to ensure users are equipped with the knowledge to maximize system efficiency. • Foster a culture of continuous learning and process optimization.

Qualifications
