Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Consultant based in Bengaluru. The ERP Consultant will be responsible for analyzing business processes, implementing ERP solutions, and providing finance-related consulting. This role involves conducting needs assessments, configuring ERP software, training users, and ensuring seamless ERP integrations to optimize organizational efficiency. Qualifications • Proficiency in Business Process analysis and implementation • Strong Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities • Experience in ERP Implementations and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions • Knowledge of finance and financial processes within ERP systems • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Prior experience in a consulting role is a plus • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
