Role Summary The ERP Program Manager will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of large-scale ERP transformation programs, overseeing multiple projects, workstreams, and stakeholders across business and IT. This role requires strong leadership, governance, financial control, and the ability to align ERP initiatives with overall business strategy. Key Responsibilities Program & Delivery Management • Own and manage enterprise ERP programs covering Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR, and other functional areas. • Lead multiple parallel ERP projects (implementations, rollouts, upgrades, integrations). • Define program roadmap, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics. • Ensure on-time, on-budget, and in-scope delivery across all workstreams. Stakeholder & Governance Management • Act as the primary escalation point for program-level risks and issues. • Establish and run program governance, including steering committee meetings, executive reporting, and decision forums. • Partner with CXOs, business heads, IT leadership, and system integrators. • Drive alignment between business objectives and ERP capabilities. Financial & Commercial Management • Own program budgeting, forecasting, and cost control (CAPEX / OPEX). • Manage vendor commercials, SOWs, change requests, and contract compliance. • Track benefits realization and ROI for ERP investments. Risk, Quality & Compliance • Identify, assess, and mitigate program-level risks and dependencies. • Ensure adherence to delivery methodology (Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid). • Enforce quality standards, design governance, and compliance with internal controls and audit requirements. Leadership & Team Management • Lead and mentor Project Managers, Solution Architects, Functional Leads, and PMO teams. • Build high-performing, cross-functional delivery teams across geographies. • Drive performance management, capacity planning, and succession planning. Change Management & Adoption • Partner with Change Management teams to ensure user adoption, training, and organizational readiness. • Manage communication strategy across business units. • Ensure smooth transition to hypercare and support post go-live. Required Skills & Experience Must-Have • 15+ years of ERP experience with large-scale ERP programs (D365 / SAP / Oracle). • Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar ERP programs. • Strong knowledge of ERP functional domains (Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, HR). • Deep expertise in program governance, risk management, and financial control. • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills. • Experience working with global delivery models and SI partners. Good to Have • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem. • Exposure to cloud ERP transformations. • Certifications: PMP / PgMP / PRINCE2, SAFe / Agile certifications, ERP-specific certifications (D365 / SAP) Education • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field • MBA or equivalent is preferred Key Competencies • Strategic thinking & decision-making • Executive presence • Conflict resolution & negotiation • Financial acumen • Change leadership • Customer-focused mindset
