Looking for a hands-on ERP Sales Specialist with 1-5 years of experience in direct ERP sales to drive end-to-end sales through field visits, lead generation, demos, pitching solutions, closures, adept in using CRM, and exceeding targets in a fast-paced IT/ERP setup. Responsibilities • Hunting new business opportunities for ERP solutions (Odoo and ERPNext) - through direct field visits, networking, events, and digital outreach. • Own the full sales cycle - from client meetings, demo coordination, proposal negotiation, to final closure. • Identify client pain points in operations, finance, inventory, or manufacturing, and pitch ERP modules accordingly. • Work closely with the pre-sales and technical teams to customize demos and solution presentations. • Maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM tools, and regularly report activity and forecasts. • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets (monthly/quarterly). • Attend industry events and seminars to generate leads and represent the company.
