This is a full-time, on-site role for an Escalations Associate specializing in the trading domain, based in Bengaluru. The Escalations Associate will address and resolve trade-related issues, monitor trading activities, and ensure the accuracy of trading data. Responsibilities include analyzing trading discrepancies, liaising with internal teams and stakeholders, and providing timely and effective resolutions. The role requires precise problem-solving skills and a strong understanding of financial markets and trading practices. Qualifications • Strong knowledge and expertise in Trading and Equities • Proficiency in Finance with well-developed Analytical Skills • Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to interact with internal teams and stakeholders effectively • Keen understanding of financial markets and regulations in the trading domain • Relevant certifications such as CFA, FRM, or equivalent are a plus • Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively in an on-site setting
