We’re Hiring: ESG Sustainability Analyst Intern Unpaid | 3 Months | Hybrid – Delhi NCR Join Carbon Crunch, a climate-tech startup helping businesses track and improve ESG performance, and gain hands-on experience at the intersection of data and impact. Who This Role Is For: If you’re curious about Net Zero, BRSR, and sustainability compliance, this internship is a high-impact opportunity to build real-world experience. Responsibilities: 1. Analyze ESG and sustainability data to extract insights for client decision-making 2. Build dashboards for BRSR, GHG emissions, and ESG performance tracking 3. Automate sustainability reporting in Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros, VBA preferred) 4. Contribute to Net Zero strategy reviews through data-backed assessments 5. Assist with data collection and verification for ESG disclosures Requirements: 1. Strong skills in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data validation) 2. Familiarity with Power BI and/or Tableau for data visualization 3. Understanding of ESG frameworks like BRSR, GRI, CDP, or GHG Protocol 4. Interest in climate data, corporate sustainability, and ESG compliance 5. Available for 2–3 days per week of in-office work in Delhi NCR What You’ll Gain: 1.
