Key Responsibilities • Shipment Scheduling – Inbound and Outbound: using internal Warehouse Management System (WMS) and external carrier systems, coordinate inbound shipments from brand partners and customers into our Poland and UK warehouses and outbound shipments into marketplaces like Amazon and Bol. • Transportation Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret transportation data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost savings or service enhancements. • Process Improvement: Proactively identify, lead, and implement process improvement initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Qualifications Education & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field. • 3+ years of hands-on industry experience in transportation or logistics—specifically with freight invoice auditing, shipment management, and outbound operations.
