We are looking for Exec/ SE- PMS for a Big 3 client in GGN. The exp range required is 5-7 years. KRA's • Support with performance reviews that drives high performance culture • Prepare and implement the mid-year and annual PD calendars, prepare base data files, eligibility data, and cycle specific inputs. • Maintain and manage PD related data, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to review timelines. • Generate regular reports and dashboards to monitor PD metrics and progress tracking. • Address and resolve employee queries and concerns related to PD processes with professionalism and sensitivity. • Support with annual compensation benchmarking exercise including coordination with the vendor, analyzing JDs, identifying key roles, mapping market data etc • Identify and deploy process automation in partnership with other stakeholders wherever possible. • Collate monthly payroll inputs in collaboration with internal teams. • Support in driving mentor-mentee program and training.
