We are seeking a powerhouse **Executive Assistant (EA)** to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the President of Lanexis Americas. This is NOT a traditional secretarial role. We need a **Self-Starter** and **Problem-Solver** who can clear significant backlogs, manage daily chaos, and find solutions independently. You will be the glue between our US distribution expansion and our India-based operations. • *Key Responsibilities** • High-Level Executive Support • **Gatekeeping & Management:**Proactively manage complex calendars and high-volume email inboxes. Prioritize urgent matters and draft responses on behalf of the President. • **SOP & Process Creation:**We dont just want you to follow a process; we want you to build them. Create and maintain templates, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and organizational systems to streamline the business. • **Confidentiality:**Handle sensitive commercial data and strategic plans with the highest level of professionalism and discretion. • Sales & Business Operations • **CRM & Pipeline Management:**Keep the sales engine running. Update CRM records, track leads, and ensure no customer inquiry from the US or India falls through the cracks. • **Commercial Documentation:**Independently prepare technical quotes, proforma invoices, and high-stakes business proposals. • **Technical Asset Management:**Manage and organize technical datasheets, product certifications, and NASA-derived technology documents.3.Global Coordination & Logistics • **Cross-Border Bridge:**Act as the primary liaison between the USA President and the India-based technical/production teams to ensure alignment. • **Logistics Tracking:**Proactively track international shipments and resolve supply chain bottlenecks before they reach the President's desk. • **Marketing Support:**Assist with LinkedIn coordination, brand presence, and basic marketing outreach to support US distribution growth. **Required Skills & DNA** • **Elite English Communication:**Absolute proficiency in written and spoken English is non-negotiable. You must be able to correspond with US-based CEOs and Procurement Heads with total confidence. • **Proactivity & 'Zero Hand-Holding':**You find the solution, you don't just report the problem. You are a self-starter who thrives when given a goal and a deadline. • **Technical Proficiency:**Expert-level mastery of **G-Suite**, **CRM platforms**(HubSpot/Salesforce), and Project Management tools. • **Global Flexibility:**Ability to work US business hours (EST/PST) as required to ensure real-time support for the Americas team. • *Experience:** 4+ years as an EA or Operations Assistant, preferably within a B2B, industrial, or distribution environment.
