Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for an Executive specializing in Residential and Commercial real estate. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, providing expert consultancy for residential and commercial properties, developing and maintaining leads, following up with potential clients, conducting property viewings, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role requires a focus on achieving sales targets and maintaining data-driven transparency in services. Qualifications • Strong understanding of Commercial and Commercial Management principles • Skilled in effective Following Up and ensuring timely action • Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple clients and projects • Knowledge of the local real estate market and trends is advantageous • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred • Proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
