About the job
• Assist customers during onboarding and product implementation • Build strong relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and guiding them on product usage • Handle customer queries, resolve issues, and escalate where required • Collaborate with product, sales, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience • Track customer health metrics and identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling • Gather client feedback and share insights to improve products and services Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, IT, or related field (MBA/HR specialization is a plus). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong problem-solving ability and a customer-first mindset. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Tech-savvy with an eagerness to learn HR Tech platforms. • Positive attitude, empathy, and willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
