Job Summary • Reporting functionally and directly to the General Manager – GEM India HUB responsible for all coordination work related to site transfer projects to CMOs. • Coordinate project management activities for assigned PLCM projects, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery. • Lead and manage artwork technology transfer projects with accuracy and efficiency. • Initiate and oversee TrackWise activities associated with PLCM and artwork projects, ensuring compliance and seamless integration. The job holder will be accountable for delivering the Supplier Relationship Management model for a cluster of third parties supplying finished dosage forms and packaging into designated countries. The Executive, GEM India Hub will manage the execution and tactical horizon of the commercialized products ensuring both supply and demand dynamics are considered in their decision making. • Assist the manager/general manager in day-to-day technology transfer activities and overall project execution. • Prepare, monitor, and update project plans for all projects, ensuring 98% adherence to committed timelines and milestones. • Maintain and track issue and risk registers daily, escalate bottlenecks, and implement mitigation strategies. • Ensure availability of RM, PM, tooling, change parts, licenses, artwork, protocols (cleaning, demo, validation, stability), and manufacturing/packaging documents. • Oversee optimization, validation batches, process validation report closure, stability studies, regulatory submissions (CBE 30/sANDS), and ensure specifications for RM, PM, and FG are in place. • Conduct weekly/biweekly meetings with internal and external stakeholders, communicate planning information, and maintain strong partner relationships under the BRM model. • Assess product demand trends, develop a 24-month purchase plan, manage PO adjustments, and ensure supply chain and inventory targets are achieved. • Generate weekly product release and traffic priority lists to ensure timely market delivery and optimal resource utilization. • Support inventory processes including target setting, projections, disposals, risk mitigation, and participate in new product launches and lifecycle projects. • Adhere to global compliance programs, quality, safety, and HR policies while demonstrating organizational values: Collaboration, Courage, Perseverance, and Passion. • All other relevant duties as assigned.
