About the job We are looking for a dynamic and performance-driven Executive – Google Ads to join our Paid Media team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing Google Ads campaigns and a strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals. This role is perfect for someone with 1–2 years of experience who is eager to grow in a fast-paced agency environment. Key Responsibilities: • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, etc.) • Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and A/B testing for better performance • Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize for ROI, CPL, CPA, and conversions • Prepare and share performance reports with actionable insights • Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, Content, Design, Client Servicing) for integrated campaigns • Manage multiple accounts while maintaining quality and deadlines • Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features, trends, and best practices • Ensure adherence to client goals, budgets, and timelines Required Skills & Qualifications: • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads campaigns • Strong understanding of PPC, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and analytics • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and keyword planners • Good analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong communication and reporting abilities • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment • Must be comfortable working from the office.
