Job Title: Executive – Growth (Sales) Location: Noida | Work From Office | 1–3 Years Experience About The Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and client-focused Sales Executive to join our Growth team. You will support the sales cycle by assisting with presales activities, responding to client queries, preparing proposals, and building relationships with prospects and existing clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their sales career who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow in a structured B2B sales environment. Key Responsibilities • Support B2B and inside sales efforts by identifying prospects and initiating first-level outreach. • Assist in the presales process — understanding client requirements, coordinating internally, and preparing solution summaries. • Help draft and compile responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs under the guidance of senior team members. • Participate in and assist with product demos and client presentations. • Maintain accurate client records, follow-up schedules, and account notes in the CRM. • Build and nurture relationships with clients and stakeholders through regular communication. • Support account management activities including follow-ups, renewals, and upsell conversations. • Work towards monthly targets for outreach, meetings scheduled, and pipeline contribution. Skills Required B2B Sales | Inside Sales | Presales Support | RFP/RFI & RFQ Assistance | Product Demos | Presentation Skills | Client & Stakeholder Communication | Customer Relationship Management | Account Management | Business Development & Sales Strategy Qualifications • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or a client-facing role. • Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in sales are welcome to apply. • Basic understanding of B2B sales cycles and client engagement is a plus. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field. • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with a willingness to learn and adapt.
