About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Executive – HR with over 2 years of hands-on experience in Recruitment, Employee Engagement, and HR Operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end hiring processes, supporting people initiatives, and ensuring smooth HR functioning. 'A fearless HR who can be a good presenter and facilitate engagement activities.' Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment • Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle for various roles across functions. • Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals. • Screen profiles, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical/managerial rounds. • Manage offer negotiation, release, and onboarding formalities. • Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure timely closures. • Work with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and hiring priorities. 2. Employee Engagement • Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and wellness initiatives. • Support internal communication programs to strengthen company culture. • Conduct pulse surveys, feedback sessions, and engagement assessments. • Assist in organizing learning & development activities. • Maintain visibility and connect with employees to improve engagement and retention. 3. HR Operations • Support joining, onboarding, and exit formalities. • Maintain employee records and HR databases. • Assist with monthly HR reports, attendance validation, and documentation. • Coordinate with payroll and admin teams for operational HR activities. • Ensure compliance with HR policies and support policy implementation. Required Skills & Qualifications • Master’s degree in Human Resources • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Recruitment & employee engagement. • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices. • Excellent communication, Presentation and interpersonal skills. • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines. • Proficiency in Canva and HR management tools.
