Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai for an Executive - Marketing, Strategy & Consumer Insights role. Responsibilities include conducting market research, developing and implementing marketing strategies, gathering and analyzing consumer insights, and creating effective communication plans to drive brand engagement. The role also requires collaboration with teams to develop strategies that resonate with target audiences and achieve business goals. Qualifications • Proficiency in Market Research and Research methodologies to gather and analyze data effectively. • Strong skills in Marketing and Marketing Strategy development to design and execute impactful promotional campaigns. • Excellent Communication skills for conveying ideas, presenting strategies, and engaging with multiple stakeholders effectively. • Ability to analyze consumer insights and trends to guide decision-making and strategy formulation. • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques is a plus. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. • Experience in the media, entertainment, or radio industry is advantageous.
