Utilize Ariba Category Procurement tools to streamline procurement processes and improve efficiency. Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and assess their capabilities. Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions. Monitor supplier performance and address any issues to maintain strong relationships.
