About the job

In this role, you will work closely with Product, Marketing, Design, Engineering, and Leadership teams to support the end-to-end product lifecycle and growth initiatives. Product & Growth • Support product development initiatives through user research, competitive analysis, and data insights. • Assist in defining product requirements, specifications, and milestones across the product lifecycle. • Continuously propose and support A/B tests to improve conversion, engagement, and user experience. • Monitor product performance and contribute to ongoing iteration and optimisation. • Help build and maintain product roadmaps, highlighting improvement areas and unmet opportunities. Design & Development Collaboration • Work with design and development teams to translate ideas into wireframes, flows, and functional features. • Ensure alignment on feature priorities, timelines, and quality standards across teams. Marketing & Performance (Digital, Social & Brand) • Collaborate with the design teams to align product features with campaigns, content, and growth initiatives. • Analyse website traffic, user behaviour, and funnel performance to recommend improvements. • Support go-to-market planning for new features and enhancements. Teamwork & Communication • Partner with cross-functional teams to keep things moving smoothly. • Share updates, insights, and learnings clearly with stakeholders. • Flag risks, issues, and opportunities early—no surprises.
