Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Recruiter based in Pune. The Executive Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and identifying top talent to meet the hiring needs of clients across various industries. Responsibilities include conducting interviews, managing the recruitment process, liaising with clients to understand their requirements, building strong relationships with candidates, and maintaining accurate records. The Executive Recruiter will also drive strategies to meet hiring goals and ensure a smooth and efficient recruiting experience for all parties involved. Qualifications • Proficiency in talent sourcing, candidate screening, and interview coordination • Strong rapport-building, negotiation, and communication skills • Experience in maintaining applicant records and utilizing recruiting tools and platforms • Ability to meet deadlines, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks • Previous experience in executive search or HR consulting is a plus • HSC / Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
