Position: Executive / Senior Executive / Jr Manager - API Sales & Marketing (CIS) We are seeking a result-oriented professional to handle API Sales & Marketing operations for Russia and other CIS markets, involving direct customer interaction, sales responsibility and coordination with internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: • Manage the complete sales cycle for API products in CIS / Russia markets • Handle customer communication, negotiations, and relationship management • Work closely with the Regional head and Sales Managers for business planning and execution • Responsible for sales orders, supply coordination, dispatches, and receivables • Track payments and ensure timely collections • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market insights • Support new business development and market expansion • Coordinate with production, logistics, regulatory, and finance teams • Ensure adherence to export documentation and company policies Key Skills & Competencies: • Strong knowledge of API international sales • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Professional, well-groomed, and customer-centric • Good negotiation and follow-up skills • Proficiency in MS Office tools Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Business • Experience in international trade/export documentation • Exposure to CIS market regulations and practices
