About The Opportunity A growing firm in the Payroll, Taxation and Financial Services delivering accounting, payroll and finance support to clients across industries. We are scaling our on-site finance & accounts teams and hiring recent graduates for entry-level accounting roles. Role (standardized): Executive - Special Projects (Finance Advisor) Talentien Global Solutions is recruiting B.Com, M.Com and MBA freshers (2024/2025 pass outs) for full-time, on-site accounting positions for our client located in Coimbatore. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates seeking hands-on experience in accounts, bookkeeping and financial operations. Role & Responsibilities • Process day-to-day accounting tasks including vouchers, journal entries and ledgers to maintain accurate books of accounts. • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable workflows: invoice processing, vendor reconciliations and collection follow-ups. • Perform bank reconciliations, maintain cashbook and assist in month-end closing activities and basic financial reporting. • Maintain GST documentation and assist in filing support activities under supervision of senior accountants. • Prepare routine MIS reports and support process documentation to improve accounting controls and accuracy. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to resolve transactional discrepancies and implement corrective actions. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have • Passed B.Com, M.Com or MBA (2024 or 2025 pass out). • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic formulas). • Familiarity with basic accounting software (Tally or equivalent). • Understanding of GST basics and compliance documentation. • Good conceptual knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank reconciliation processes. • Must have Excellent English Communication Location: Coimbatore (On-site).
