POSITION TITLE: Executive/Sr. Executive –Dispatch Activities CADRE / BAND: O1 /14/13 DIVISION / DEPARTMENT/ FUNCTION: Spiceco / SCM/ Dispatch Activities LOCATION: Position Based REPORTING TO: Band 13 and above/ Band 11 and above POSITION REPORTING TO THIS ONE: Band 16 and 15 JOB NUMBER: O1|DISP&ACT|SCM|FDS DATE: 2023 PRIMARY OBJECTIVES OF POSITION: Role will involve managing the scheduling, routing, and tracking of shipments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods to distribution centers. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor dispatch operations in real-time and address any issues or delays to minimize disruptions and maintain service levels. - Generate reports and performance metrics related to dispatch activities, including on-time delivery rates, vehicle utilization, and delivery costs. - Analyze dispatch data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in dispatch operations.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge in Supply Chain / Material Management / Logistics & Warehousing
• In-depth understanding of dispatch planning principles and techniques
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to dispatch and transportation.

Qualifications

• Graduation in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Technologies

• In-depth knowledge in Supply Chain / Material Management / Logistics & Warehousing
• In-depth understanding of dispatch planning principles and techniques
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to dispatch and transportation.
