The Expansion Program Manager will be responsible for centre expansion across top cities, owning the end-to-end transformation process from site identification to centre launch. Key Responsibilities: • End-to-end programme management and ownership of the transformation process from site to centre launch. • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders (e.g., Real Estate, Legal, Business Finance, Project ... s, City Teams, Talent Acquisition, Sales/Growth, and Audits) to programme-manage launch operations. • Interface effectively with franchise partners to ensure timely execution, payments, launch readiness, and presales. • Capital expenditure ownership and management across projects, equipment, and other line items. • Improve the overall launch process and franchise partner satisfaction with new launches • Identify, communicate, and problem-solve any potential risks to launching centres on time and with a great member experience. Desired Qualifications & Skills • Sharp programme management skills — building and executing SOPs, gaining buy-in from multiple stakeholders, and driving execution with high influence. • Excellent problem-solving abilities — ability to hustle and think on one's feet in new situations, and take decisive action. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Process orientation — identifying and solving problems and establishing best practices. • 2–3 years of experience in project/programme management; startup experience preferred • Bachelor's degree from a recognised university (Engineering, Law, Commerce, or Management) • Previous experience in a franchise or client-based business preferred. • Background in real estate, construction, or retail expansion is a plus.
