Documentation: Prepare and process all necessary export documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and regulatory declarations. Client coordination: Liaise with clients to confirm sales orders and gather necessary information for shipments. CHA and logistics coordination: Work directly with Custom House Agents (CHAs) to arrange road transport, book shipping containers, and coordinate vessel schedules. Internal coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, such as the factory and operations team, to ensure on-time delivery and efficient workflow. Record-keeping: Maintain accurate and organized physical and digital records of all shipment-related documents and manage records on duty drawback and MEIS credits. Compliance: Ensure all exports comply with international trade regulations and customs requirements. Communication: Handle professional business correspondence, including drafting emails for international clients. Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on shipment status, pending issues, and payment collections. Candidate Profile Prior experience in Export Documentation is compulsory / CHA work background will be an added advantage. Ability to draft email communication for US and European international clients. Proficient in MS Excel. Good time management and organization skills. Any Graduate/ PG
