About the job
Roles To establish and scale the company’s export business for canned energy drinks across selected African markets, driving market entry, distributor partnerships, revenue growth, and profitability. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute export strategy and country rollout plan for African markets. • Identify and prioritize high-potential countries and channels. • Define route-to-market models (distributors, agents, partnerships). • Appoint, manage, and grow distributor and partner network. • Lead commercial negotiations, contracts, and pricing frameworks. • Build strong relationships with key regional customers. • Own export P&L including revenue, volume, margins, and working capital. • Set annual targets, budgets, and forecasts. • Drive sustainable growth and profitability.

Qualifications
